Your Guide

I have been fishing most of my life having been introuduced to flyfishing by my late father in the 1990s. It wasn’t until we moved to Co. Clare that I really fell in love with the scenery, intimate streams and lakes here. I have been guiding in the Burren and larger Co. Clare region for 3 years, taking in international clientele from beginners to the advanced angler.

The Fishing

The fishing is based around the river system of the Fergus in The Burren. We practice catch & release, all fish are wild, native brown trout. Sea trout fishing is in the West of Co. Clare. I can cater for up to 4 anglers. If quiet limestone streams surrounded by rolling green countryside are your thing then this is for you!

The Experience

I cater for beginners up to the experienced / advanced angler. All guided trips are tailored to your needs. I will take you through the beautiful emerald landscape of Co. Clare to the best fishing spots. It is my goal you have an absolute blast, and with a bit of luck the trout will cooperate too.

All tackle & gear is provided.
